Reduced the size of the files to fit a 5 1/2" square card with room for borders, and printed on matte photo paper.

Attached the insert with dst, covered the card with stash Graphic 45 paper, then attached the topper off-center, again with dst.

I cut out a sentiment from cup725018_59450 and sprayed it and the floral decoupage with Iridescent Glitter Mist. Glued the sentiment in place and used silicone gel to build the decoupage layers. Added a silk ribbon flower to the top left corner. Finished with glitter glue dots on the flower centers.
