I printed onto matte photo card. I scored & folded the flap section then secured to the back using DST. I attached the insert to cover the flap & a piece of card cut to the same size as the insert & attached to the inside front.

I assembled the pyramage using 2mm foam tape, I finished with a red organza with sequins bow.
