I printed the sheets onto matte photo card, printing the inner sheet twice so that I could decoupage the central panel.
After trimming I fastened the inner & outer sections together using wet glue. Once dry I scored & folded then added my extra panel using 2mm foam tape.
I added a small bow then attached the strap & buckle to the outside to hold the card once folded.
