Printed on matte card twice from the second print I cut out the picture and the sentiment and used foam squares to add as decoupage.

I highlighted with glitter glue applied with a paint brush and Glossy Accents on the eyes.

I printed an insert and a matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete.
