Mini Kit Christmas Bells Scallop TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I reduced size slightly, then printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to square scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with red and green satin bow to spine, red gems to corners and crystal stickles glitter glue to poinsettia. two gift tags are also included in kit.

A lovely festive design.
