I printed this image onto decoupage paper,cut it all out,mounted the main image to an 8x8 scalloped card,then built up the front of this lovely card,added glitter,and a length of silver elastic cord wrapped twice around then tied it into a bow,with the tags,i stuck a piece of narrow red ribbon onto the backs,then stuck a piece of card onto of the tags,and cut around them.
