I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out pieces and matted the Main Topper onto alternate layers of Red and Gold card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.

The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage added with foam pads.

After matting a Greeting Tag and the small Topper onto Gold card, they were added to my card. To finish I used the Matching insert inside and added a Gold Bow and Gem.
