Reduced the size and printed the topper, decoupage and sentiment sheets on semi-gloss photo paper, and the insert on matte photo paper.

Covered a card with dark blue paper for a narrow border, then attached the topper with dst, also the insert.

For the additional layers I used silicone gel for large areas and Pinflair Glue for tiny ones. Added a diecut design to the ornament cut from white glittered paper and hung stars in the night sky :-).

Finished with touches of glitter here and there and a light spray of Iridescent Glitter Dust.
