This is a gorgeous card which is very simple to make. I printed all parts of the design on matte photo paper, except the envelope front and back which were printed on good quality paper. I then put the front/back and layers back in the printer and added the green backing to their backs. I cut out and scored all the pieces, use a bone scorer to make sure that all folds are crisp.
Photo 1 shows front and back joined using the flap at the top for the front piece. Photo 2 shows all the layers attached - note that they have a small border around each piece (hence the need for the green backing). Photo 3 shows the completed card, with its envelope in the background (I use wet glue when constructing the envelope to allow time to match the edges carefully).
You then have the option of adding as much decoration as you wish - front, back and inside.
