Christmas Candle

I decided to make this design into an easel card.

I printed the design on to matte photo paper and cut it out.

I then made a base with a 7X7 inch card, scored halfway on the front to form a fold.

The front was covered with a contrast paper before I added the main image.

The main image had a patterned paper added to the reverse of it.

I then covered half way inside the base with the same paper as the front.

A printed verse was added and a gold peel off border covered the join.

To finish the card I added a couple of snowflakes on the front, stickles glitter and a sentiment tag.

To form the stopper for the easel part I made a bow from both of the papers I’d used.

Finally I added a few snowflake gems on the base.

I love how this card turned out.
