Printed out and cut out all the elements. I trimmed the base image down the middle to make a top base and an insert. I placed the base onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I added the "Happy Birthday" letters to the front also using foam pads. I placed the insert inside the card to finish.
