I printed out the design onto a lightweight quality card, then I cut out all of the pieces. The backing design I matt and layered onto some green shiny card and attached it to an A5 white card blank.

The smaller elements were also matt and layered onto the green shiny card then decoupaged up using raised sticky foam pads.

I then added some gems and a get well sentiment for decoration.
