I added this image to good quality black card, and layered with foam dots. I used the Sakura Clear Star pen to shimmer the hearts and around the half circle frame on the 2nd layer.

I matted the sentiment with a green shimmer paper and layered with foam dots. this card is stunning whne put together and is so quick and easy.
