Printed onto Crafty Bob 200gsm Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements and used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. I then used foam pads to build the decoupage. To finish I put Crystal Glitter on the tops of the feathers.
I used Purple, Pink and Crystal gems on the card. A lovely design, and makes into a very nice card.
