Whimsey Street Large Dl Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first got a A4 card and scored and folded to fit the design, i then placed the design base in the centre of this, giving the effect of the design being framed i then added a dark blue straight border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish i built up the design using 2mm sticky pads and added the welcome to your new home sentiment, this is a terrific design, very effective when made up.
