I printed the Operatic Phantom Dude sheet and cut the parts out. I matted the topper on a piece of white carstock. I trimmed the cardstock leaving a 2 mm white border. After this I attached my card front on a red base card.
I trimmed the card leaving 4 mm borders except in the left side, where I left a wider border. I attached the decoupage part in place and decorated the card with champagbe bottles, bubbles and champagne glasses.
