This is a wonderfully easy card to make and can be used for any year in the future. I love the way that 'Old', 'New' and other emblems of New Year are included in this design.

The raised section is easy to cut out and quick to add to the base. I flat stuck the base design to my card base then used 1mm foam squares to raise the extra section.
