I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto silver holo card, then red silk mirri & i used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer, I embellished with 3 target emblems.
