This is a lovely bright and fun Halloween card and very easy to make up. I printed it out onto good quality matt cardstock and attached the base layer to a black card blank. I cut out the second layer and decoupaged it using foam pads.
I traced over the stars on the background with a clear Sakura Glaze pen. The matching insert (cup366149_359) finishes off the card beautifully.
