Printed on 135 gsm paper, cut out and decoupaged using foam pads, i then mounted the image onto the card using foam pads, and added silver peel offs.
This is a lovely bright design.

I added Happy Birthday to the sheet then printed on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image on to a large DL card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel. Added self adhesive gems to the corners to finish.
