Flapper Lady with Cape Large Dl Card with DecoupageCompleted by Marion MacKellar

Reduced size and printed on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and elements, used silicone glue to add the decoupage and added silver glitter to the bodice of the flapper ladies dress.

I made a C5 card blank from white pearl card, used dst to attach black spotted backing paper which i edged with silver border peel offs.

I mounted the finished topper onto the card and added silver sentiments. A really cool design.
