Art Deco Lady Rose (blue) Large DlCompleted by Marion West

I made the image smaller.I then printed, cut out and decoupaged the images.I got a white card and scalloped down one side.I then mounted the images onto the card.I used peel off greetings.I used a coordinating glitter border.I used glitter on her earrings, necklace, bangles, and a parts of her dress.A simply stunning card to make, send or receive.
