Lge Dl Valentine Wife Hearts & Roses 3D DecoupageCompleted by Irene Woods
OccasionValentines & Romance / Valentines Day
I reduced the size and printed the sheet onto lightweight 160gsm card. I covered a DL card with black on white polka dot backing paper, added the base element of the design and added the top layer using gel glue.
I finished off by using a sparkle pen around the edges of the text and adding a glaze to the hearts and roses.
