I have put this in Valentine but really it could be used for lots of occasions. Does not have a caption with it.

I printed out the deign onto crafty bob's premium gloss paper, then I cut out both pieces. I matt and layered the main piece onto some pink striped paper and attached it to my DL card blank.
I decoupaged the cupcakes using raised sticky foam pads.
I added some gems onto the cupcakes for decoration.
