Large Dl Valentine Felties Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Glitter Girl

I printed this page onto card and cut out the words. I then mounted the first layer onto contrasting card, added the words using 3d foam pads and finished off by glittering around the letters and the edge of the card.

I have made this as a large DL and also as a smaller normal size DL.
