Large Dl Retirement Quick Card 3D DecoupageCompleted by Jaynescards
OccasionCongratulations / Retirement
I printed onto glossy photo paper at standard DL size, which allowed me an extra layer of decoupage. I cut out the word onto the first layer and then the two R's and the champagne bottles on the second layer.
I added these using foam pads and finished with some lilac gems.
