I folded an A4 sheet of black cardstock in half longways, used a length of gold edged white ribbon and popped a gem set slider in the centre of it then fixed the outer edges to the card.

Added the main image and decoupaged the letters.

I added acylic flower shaped to the paper flower designs to finish
