I printed two of the main graphic and cut all around the letters and raised it with pop dots on the main bottom graphic, which I adhered to black cardstock.

I then proceeded to cut out the decoupage parts and raised them with pop dots as well.

I added some clear glitter to the center of the flowers and a bit of glitter down the center of each butterfly.

A very, bright and cheerful card!
