I printed onto 180gsm gloss photopaper.I cut out the main image and the easy to cut out decoupage layer.I matted the main image onto co-ordinating cardstock and then attached to a blank large DL card.I added the decoupage layer with 3d foam tape.I dded a ribbon bow and flower to the top right corner.Quick and easy card to make that is very effective.Decoupage is very easy to cut out and becomes even more effective the more layers you add.
