Large Dl Birthday Sister Card & 3D DecoupageCompleted by Sandra Wales

I printedd onto 210gsm bright white card and then cut out the main image and the decoupage.I matted the main image onto contrasting cardstock leaving a narrow boarder.I then attached to a white large DL card blank with double sided tape.I added the decoupage layer with 3d foam tape.Use glitter glue on the dots on the letters and volume paint on the flwer middles to give eaxtra depth.On each corner i put a small peral gem.

Quick and easy card that gives lovely results.
