I cut out the base layer and matted it onto Teal mirror card added a teal feather and mounted it onto the embossed effect base card.

I cut out the layer and used foam pads & 3D glue gel to decoupage it to the base image.

I used Pinflair glitter wand on the eyes, Star Dust Stickles on the leaves and Icicle Stickles on the background flower centres.

I added faceted pearls to the ornate corners.
