Blue Cream Owls New Baby Boy Large Dl Decoupage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I matted the image onto azure blue holo card, then onto brown glitter card and added a Teal feather, then matted it onto a Pink stardream card.

I cut out and decoupaged each Owl and the greeting, I used foam pads and 3D glue gel to mount them onto the card base.

I used Pinflair glitter wand to embellish the flower centres, the brown leaves and the beaks. I used tulip liquid pearls on the ornate corners. I added googly eyes to the 2 end Owls.
