I printed the sheet at a reduced size and cut out the two elements before using DST to attach the base image to my card blank which I had covered with green card.
I then used glue gel to add the upper layer.
As it was intended for the recipients fourth birthday, I used a circle of the green card, a slighter larger circle of black card and black peel-offs to make the age badge which I also attached using glue gel.
