I love this topper. I printed this sheet onto 280 gsm thick card. I decoupage the pieces using 3mm square foam pads. I then cut a strip of shimmering pink backing paper and centred it onto a pre folded purple DL size card.

I then centred the topper with foam pads then glittered to finish.
