I printed onto 180 gsm photo paper twice. I cut out the images and then matted and layered the main image onto black and purple card.

I made a large DL blank card from contrasting card stock and then attached the main matted and layered image using double sided tape .I then added the first decoupage layer using 3D foam pads .From the second sheet I cut out the meters and then cut out the centre of the P and the A.

I decoupage the letters on top of the other image again using 3D foam tape but making sure I left some gaps to thread ribbon.

I then added ribbon in co-ordinating colours to each letter and tied in a knot and cut off leaving small ends.

I made 4 flowers from the same light weight card that I had used for the matting. Added glitter and then attached with glue three to the left side of the card and one to the right.

Easy card to make with great effects.
