Large Dl Birthday Chantelle Celebrations 3D DecoupageCompleted by Giselle Topper

This sheet was a great find with my daughter, Chantelle's upcoming birthday. I simply printed it out, cut out the elements and mounted the decoupage with foam tape, before adhering with DST the base topper onto a black cardstock to make the large DL card.

I then added the matching insert inside and it was done. The only thing I'd like to add now is some Stampin' Up Candy Dots beside the "Happy Birthday" and some bling to add a bit more dimension and sparkle.
