I printed on C.B's glossy photo paper and cut out the parts.I mounted the base image on a large red DL card with DST. I edged the letters of the decoupage with black diamond stickles then layered with foam pads. I added silver card cardi to the bag close and tiny pewter pearls to the boots.I completed the card with mini gems in alternate corners. This is a super bright modern design, great for the "fashionista". It also has a matching insert available.
