I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a blank, green card.

I put glaze on the bear?s nose and eyes and the splashing water.

To complete the card I placed clear rhinestones on the water bubbles. A cute card most little boys would love to give to their favourite Dad on his special day.
