What a sweet Easter card and quick to make. I adhered the main graphic to the yellow (which I ran through my CB with Swiss Dots), then cut out the decoupage and raised with foam pads.

I used a base CS of the darker blue and added some yellow pearls for bling........a very cute card made up.
