Large Dl You Passed Novelty Number Plate N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Sheila Lewis
OccasionCongratulations / Congratulations Driving Test
I used an A4 bright green card folded in half to make a large DL card.
I printed the sheet onto 210gsm glossy photo paper then added using double sided tape.
To add the decoupage i used foam pads.
This is a very good card and has lots of uses plus its very easy to make.
