I printed the sheet off onto 22ogsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto red silk mirri card, I added a red feather & used foam tape to mount it to the DL base card, I used foam pads to mount the decoupage layer.

I used Fruit Punch, Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
