I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to large white DL card with DST, added topper with foam pads, highlighted candle flames with star dust stickles and finished with gems to poinsettia centres and card candy to corners.

A beautiful festive card, quick to make and looks stunning when finished.
