I selected the 2 to a page print option and printed onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements.

I mounted the main topper onto a silver mat then built up the decoupage using foam pads, and decorated with glitter.

I mounted the completed topper onto a prepared dl card. These dl cards are so quick to put together and are great if you are batch making.
