Large Dl Xmas to Our Usa Troops Quick Card 3D DecoupageCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Other
I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper and backed the base image with a piece of snowflake punched red cardstock.
Then I added that to a white card. With the dimension I used Liquid Pearls on Santa?s hat and suit where there is white fur.
I raised the dimension by backing with lightweight chipboard and foam strips. This makes a wonderful Christmas card to send to the troops.
