I printed the sheet selecting a smaller print option onto gloss photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a black matt then built up the decoupage using foam pads, and decorated with glitter and gems.

I mounted the completed topper onto a dl card that I had embellished. . These dl cards are so quick to put together and are great if you are batch making.
