The main topper was attached to a large white DL card, then the decoupage layers were added using pinflair glue.

Glitter was then added to the hats and trims of their clothes.

Glossy accents was added to the holly berry and bells, then a glitter gel pen was used to high light areas on the holly leaves to finish off this cute card.
