Cute Elves Noel Large Dl Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

Printed on to paper, backed the topper with gold mirri card, then placed on to a white long DL card.

Layered all elements. Embellished with snowfakes punched from Funky Foam and glittered and dotty ribbon knots. Also added a bell to the elf's hat.

Really bright and cheerful, young children will love it.
