Pretty Lace Noel Large Dl Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto photo paper. After cutting out the elements I Used DST to attach Topper to a large DL scalloped edge card. Used foam pads to attach the decoupage. I used glue to attach a pink bow to each of the top corners.

I used small gems in the middle of flowers and snowflakes. This is beautiful design and makes up very nicely.
