I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the shapes. I attached the decoupage piece with foam pads. I used brushed gold cardstock to matte card top on the sides and then adhered topper to a blank, white card.

I used auburn rhinestone around the outside of the topper and in the center of the smaller flowers. A very elegant Christmas card that would appeal to any recipient.
