I made a pale green card blank using A4 card folded lengthwise. I then added the cut-out NOEL and made up the decoupage element.
To complete the card I used flower soft on the bobble and edging of the hat and glossy accents to the eyes and holly berries on the hat.
Finally I added a few holographic snowflakes at random.
